WHAT YOU NEED
Quick oats
Protein powder
Water or milk
Can be topped with whatever you like!
WHAT TO DO
Put oats in the containers. I put about 50-60 grams.
Add protein powder and mix. I like chocolate and sometimes add cocoa powder for an even more dark chocolate taste.
Add liquid of choice. I mostly use water but if i have milk I'll add it. I like enough water to cover all the dry ingredients but not much more.
Mix!
Eat in a couple hours or tomorrow or the next day
