OVERNIGHT OATS
OVERNIGHT OATS

WHAT YOU NEED

  1. Quick oats

  2. Protein powder

  3. Water or milk

Can be topped with whatever you like!

WHAT TO DO

  1. Put oats in the containers. I put about 50-60 grams.

  2. Add protein powder and mix. I like chocolate and sometimes add cocoa powder for an even more dark chocolate taste.

  3. Add liquid of choice. I mostly use water but if i have milk I'll add it. I like enough water to cover all the dry ingredients but not much more.

  4. Mix! 

  5. Eat in a couple hours or tomorrow or the next day
