WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Just bring indoor shoes and a water bottle! We have towel service :)

HOW EARLY SHOULD I COME FOR CLASS?

Come 10-15 minutes early for your first class :) We will show you around, make sure you feel comfy in the workout and get ready to go. After that, we recommend coming early to warm up extra, but not mandatory as we have warm up pre class.

DO I NEED TO BOOK AN ASSESSMENT BEFORE PERSONAL TRAINING?

Yes! Book a free consultation with one of the trainers before coming in so we can hear about your goals and see if we are the right fit.

I'M JUST STARTING. SHOULD I DO 1-1 OR GROUP OR SEMI-PRIVATE?

We are able to tailor group workouts to work for any level. If you have very specific goals or injuries, personal training or semi private might be a better fit. If you are looking to get started again, or looking to workout for overall health, group classes would be a good fit.

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES?

Let us know your injuries/pain before class and we will modify accordingly :)

If the injury is recent, or you are looking for physiotherapy or chiropractic?, we recommend booking with Physiothenix. before getting started.
