WHAT TYPES OF GROUP CLASSES DOES ANDWELL OFFER?

We alternate between strength and cardio focused classes.

Strength: Full body (45 min)

TUE

Cardio: Endurance focus. Less impact. (45 min)

WED

Strength: Upper or lower body. Your choice. (45 min)

THU

Cardio: HIIT focus. More impact. (45 min)

Strength: Full body (45 min)

Yes! We cannot guarantee a spot if you do not book the class in advance.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO A GROUP CLASS?

Bring indoor shoes and a water bottle. Towel service is provided!

WHAT IS THE MAX CAPACITY OF CLASSES?

27 for most classes and 36 for special-capacity cardio days.

We'll have 2 instructors on the floor guiding your form if there are over 10 people in class.
