I HAVE AN INJURY—AM I ABLE TO PERSONAL TRAIN?
Let us know your injuries before class and we will modify accordingly! We pride ourselves in being able to modify around injuries. If the injury is recent, or you are looking for more of a rehab program, we recommend Physiothenix.
